1 General Terms and Conditions

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

66gg supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit is BDT 300 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 500.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. However, delays may occur due to identity verification or security reviews. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or another person's number are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits will be credited to your account immediately upon confirmation.
• 66gg is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway issues.
• Any transaction issues must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• There are no processing fees for deposits. Gateway charges may apply for withdrawals.

5 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on 66gg, make sure you fully understand the rules of the relevant game or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 66gg cancels it directly.

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 66gg reserves the right to void it.

• Betting balance can only be used from deposited funds.
• In the event of a disputed match result, 66gg will settle based on the official result.
• Placing irregular bets by exploiting system bugs or errors will result in account suspension.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and game.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions Terms and Conditions

66gg regularly offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly listed on the offer page. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• A wagering requirement (rollover requirement) must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are withdrawable, but the original bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Participating in the same promotion more than once is not allowed.
• If multiple accounts are opened to abuse bonus offers, all bonuses will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting system bugs or errors.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Registering under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Harassing or threatening 66gg staff.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Account Closure & Suspension
